Daniel McGarvey joined the firm in 2023 after graduating Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Dan completed externships with the Honorable Joseph E. Lamendola, The New York State Office of the Attorney General, and Rialto Wealth Management. In addition to these externships, Dan served as a student attorney in both the Bankruptcy Clinic and the Low Income-Taxpayer Clinic. Before attending Syracuse, Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Le Moyne College’s Madden School of Business where he dual majored in Business Management and Information Systems.
Outside of the office, Dan believes in giving back to his hometown and has served on the Advisory Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Syracuse since 2018. He can frequently be found on the golf course and rooting for Syracuse Football and Basketball.
