Jane Zhang is Of-Counsel at the firm, practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial real estate,and general business law. She has extensive experience collaboratively working with corporate as well as individual clients to achieve solutions that address each client’s unique goals.

In real estate, Jane represents businesses, lenders, and non-profits in all aspects of acquisitions and sales.  She also represents both lenders and borrowers in a broad range of finance matters and offers guidance on raising capital.

Jane assists companies with issues related to mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.  She also works with business owners and leaders throughout the lifecycle of a company, from entity formation to corporate governance to winding-up and succession matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jane served as in-house counsel of the largest privately held shopping center developer in the Northeast and was an associate of a regional firm in its real estate and business transaction practice groups.

Jane is a proud graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Barnard College, Columbia University, where she was a political science major.  She speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

After growing up in New York City and New Jersey, Jane has put down roots in Central New York, where she has lived for more than 12 years.  She is passionate about giving back to the community where she lives and works.  She serves on the board of directors of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association.
