Phillip G. Borrelli is a Rochester, New York-based attorney and concentrates his practice on nonprofit organizations, affordable housing, commercial real estate, and tax credit financing specifically low-income housing tax credit and historic tax credit transactions.
Phil works with nonprofits, developers, and lenders on transactional matters relating to affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and other community development projects. He is admitted to practice in New York and received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. Phil lives in Rochester with his wife, Andrea, and sons, Daniel, Dominic, and Lucas.
