We represent institutional and private lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of real estate and commercial financing arrangements that include traditional loans, as well as non-traditional financing such as tax credit financing. We are routinely involved in the negotiation, documentation and closing of real estate acquisitions, construction and permanent loans secured by a variety of collateral types including office, residential, industrial, warehouse, medical and retail properties. We are also experienced in ground leasing and leasehold financing, loan participations and tenant-in-common ownership structures.

In addition, we are regularly involved in non-real estate commercial lending transactions including term loans, revolving lines of credit, letters of credit and asset-based secured loans.
