As a part of our role as general counsel to many businesses, we regularly assist our clients in a wide range of employment issues including the preparation of employee handbooks and manuals and we provide ongoing review to assure compliance with an ever-changing regulatory landscape. We also provide advice and counsel in the preparation, negotiation and, if necessary, enforcement of employment agreements, severance agreements, restrictive covenants and non-competition agreements, on behalf of both employers and employees.
