Our attorneys have appeared in bankruptcy courts in the Northern, Western, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. We also work with local counsel to assist our clients in bankruptcy courts throughout the country.

Recently, we have worked with clients seeking to acquire assets from debtors in bankruptcy, assisted a client in the preparation of an involuntary bankruptcy proceedings to preserve the ability to recover certain transfers, and represented clients in connection with adversary proceeding to recover preferential or fraudulent conveyances.
